Return policy
If your product is personalized , contact us via email or by phone at 0766.065.587. Personalized products are not eligible for return, but we want you to enjoy your order and together we can find solutions to make this happen.
Free size exchange : If you wish to exchange sizes, we will cover the return shipping cost for the first round trip. After you notify us of your intention to return, we will make a pickup request to a courier company. Size exchange is free in areas covered by Fan Courier without additional km.
If you wish to return under other conditions, you must pay the return shipping cost.
For standard products , as found on the site, follow these steps:
1. Fill out the form above.
2. Order a courier by filling out this form . Alternatively, you can send the return with any other company you wish, but which delivers to the address (not Poșta Română) or bring it personally to the store at Str. Covaci No. 2 (Please, also protect the packaging. Pack the products in a plastic bag/additional box.)
3. Within 14 days you will have the money in the account you paid from or in the account indicated on the form.

Product returns and warranty
The consumer has the right to notify the merchant that he/she is canceling the purchase, without penalty and without giving a reason, within 14 days of receiving the product, according to OUG34/2014. Along with your order, you will also receive the return form in the package where you can provide us with all the information necessary for a successful return.
If the products delivered are not the ones you ordered, please contact us immediately so that we can replace the products received with the correct ones. The return costs in this case will be borne by www.pantofidianemarie.ro.
Direct costs of returning the products (transportation) are borne by the consumer.
The customer has the right to request the replacement of a product with another, of the same model, but of a different size, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. In case of unavailability of the desired size, the product may be exchanged for a similar one, posted on the site with the same price as the initial product or with payment of the price difference by the customer. Exchanges of products that were purchased/received more than 30 calendar days from the date of purchase/receipt will not be accepted. If you wish to replace the returned product with another available in stock, the delivery costs will be borne by you, as the customer.
The refund of the value of the products will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned product. In the event that the buyer benefited from free delivery of the products under the conditions explained in the "Product Delivery" section, the company will also deduct these costs from the price to be refunded (the shipping costs of the first delivery).
The amount will be refunded depending on the payment method, as follows:
- for Orders paid by bank card on the website, the refund will be made through the same payment channel and to the bank account from which the payment was received;
-for Orders paid with cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer to the bank account indicated by the Buyer in one of the return documents;
- For orders paid with a "Gift Card", the order value will be returned in the total value of the original gift card and can be reused for a new order. The lei value of the gift card cannot be returned.
Products cannot be returned/replaced in the following cases:
a. is not in the original intact packaging, with the label intact. The original packaging cannot be used as packaging for returning the package and cannot be modified in any way by writing, labeling, gluing, etc.;
b. shows signs of use, wear, washing;
c. lack of accessories;
d. were damaged or lost in transit;
e. does not present the documents proving the purchase from our website;
f. the products were made according to the consumer's specifications or in the case of distinctly personalized products.
