Delivery and payment
Delivery
In short:
Products in stock will be delivered within 24-48 business hours from the date of order.
If the ordered product is not in stock, when you select the size, a message will appear that it will be made to order. Products ordered as they are on the site, even if they have this message displayed, benefit from returns like products in stock.
Online orders can be paid for:
- Refund to courier
- By online payment with card
- By bank transfer, in which case the proforma invoice must be requested at office@pantofidianemarie.ro
Below is the long version of the deliveries :)
The ordered products will be delivered to the address indicated by the buyer in the order. The products are delivered, on the territory of Romania, through express courier companies contracted by the Seller, within 3 - 5 working days from the confirmation of the order by the Seller.
During campaigns and/or discounts, the 3 - 5 working day period may be extended up to a maximum of 30 days in exceptional situations.
Delivery costs
Shipping of the order is at the buyer's expense at a rate of 17 lei for each order, within Romania. The Seller may offer free shipping of the order, above a certain value, as this information is displayed on the Seller's website, within Romania.
If an order is fulfilled through multiple deliveries, the customer will bear the cost of a single delivery.
