Delivery
In-stock products will be delivered within 24–48 business hours from the date of the order.
If the product you ordered is not in stock, a message will appear when you select the size indicating that it will be made to order. Products ordered as shown on the website are eligible for returns just like in-stock products, even if this message is displayed.
Online orders can be paid for:
- Cash on delivery to the courier
- By online card payment
- By bank transfer, in which case you must request a pro forma invoice at office@pantofidianemarie.ro

Ordered products will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer in the order. Within Romania, products are delivered by the express courier companies contracted by the Seller within 3–5 business days of the Seller confirming the order.
During promotional campaigns and/or sales, the 3–5 business day delivery period may be extended to a maximum of 30 days in exceptional circumstances.
Delivery costs
The order is shipped at the buyer’s expense at a rate of 17 lei per order within Romania. The Seller may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value, as specified on the Seller’s website, within Romania.
If an order is fulfilled through multiple deliveries, the customer will pay the cost of only one delivery.
For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs charges may apply (import duties, customs clearance fees, etc.), depending on the country and local regulations. These costs are the buyer’s responsibility. If you have any questions, please contact us.
