1. Why are Diane Marie shoes special?
Each pair of shoes is handmade in our Bucharest workshop using 100% natural leather. Unlike mass-produced shoes, ours are created for comfort, durability and timeless style. Plus, you can customize your model the way you want!
2. What materials are the shoes made of?
Our shoes are handmade from 100% natural leather, both on the outside and inside. The sole is durable and comfortable, perfect for long wear.
3. How can I order a personalized pair?
For personalized orders, it is best to contact us by phone or by written message/email.
After choosing the desired model, you will have the option to select: the type of leather (smooth, patent, suede, etc.), color, heel height (where applicable), other details (e.g., toe shape, accessories, straps, etc.).
4. How long does it take to deliver a customized order?
The execution time for personalized orders is 5–10 business days, plus the delivery time (1–2 business days by courier).
5. Can I return or exchange a personalized pair?
Unfortunately, personalized orders cannot be returned, as they are made especially for you. For standard (non-personalized) products, you have 14 calendar days to return them.
6. How do I choose the right size?
For most models we recommend ordering the size you wear regularly. If there are any size discrepancies, it is specified in the product description. If you have any doubts, call or write to us and we will help you with recommendations.
7. What happens if I am between sizes?
We can also make half sizes or standard sizes with extra width if necessary. Send us your foot measurements or contact us for personalized advice.
8. What do I do if my shoes don't fit?
Standard shoes can be returned within 14 days. Custom shoes can be adjusted free of charge as much as possible.
9. Do I benefit from FREE returns for size exchanges?
Yes. If you want to exchange sizes, we will cover the return cost for the first round-trip transport. After you notify us of your intention to return, we will make a pickup request to a courier company or we will deliver the right size to you by exchanging parcels. Size exchange is free in areas covered by Fan Courier without additional km. If you want to return under other conditions, you must pay the return cost.
10. What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, bank card (Visa/Mastercard) and bank transfer.
11. Do you also deliver outside Romania?
Yes, we ship to the EU and internationally. Contact us for shipping details.
12. How do I care for genuine leather shoes?
Clean them with special products, avoid moisture, and store them in a dry place, preferably in bags.
13. Do you also have a physical store where I can try the products?
Yes, you can visit us in the Diane Marie store in Bucharest: Str. Covaci No. 2 (Old Town area) with hours from Wednesday to Sunday from 12:00 to 20:00.
