Product return and warranty

The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing, by email to office@pantofidianemarie.ro, that he is canceling the purchase, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 14 days of receiving the product, according to GEO34/2014. Along with your order, you will also receive the return form in the package where you can specify all the information necessary for successful completion.

All return requests are addressed in writing to the email address office@pantofidianemarie.ro. After receiving the written acceptance of our operator at this address, the goods will be returned by the same courier company, and the product will be replaced or its value will be returned. The products must be returned within 14 days of our notification regarding the cancellation of the purchase.
If the delivered products are not the ones you ordered, please contact us immediately so that we can replace the received products with the correct ones. The return costs in this case will be borne by www.pantofidianemarie.ro.

Direct costs of returning the products (transportation) are borne by the consumer.
The customer has the right to request the replacement of a product with another, of the same model, but of a different size, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. In case of unavailability of the desired size, the product can be exchanged for a similar one, posted on the website with the same price as the initial product or with the payment of the price difference by the customer. Exchanges of products that were purchased/received more than 30 calendar days from the date of their purchase/receipt will not be accepted. If you want to replace the returned product with another available in stock, the delivery costs will be borne by you, as the customer.

The reimbursement of the value of the products will be made within 14 days at most from the date of receipt of the returned product. In the event that the buyer benefited from the free delivery of the products under the conditions explained in the Product Delivery section, these costs (the transport costs of the first delivery) will also be retained by the company from the price to be refunded.

The reimbursement of the value of the products will be made in the same account from which they were paid. If the products were not paid for by card, the refund will be made to the account indicated by the customer in the return form or by email.

The products cannot be returned/replaced in the following cases:

a. is not in the intact original packaging, with the intact label. The original packaging cannot be used as packaging when returning the package and cannot be modified in any way by writing, labeling, sticking, etc.;
b. shows signs of use, wear, washing;
c. lack of accessories;
d. were damaged or lost in transit;
e. does not present the documents proving the purchase from our website;
f. the products were executed according to the consumer's specifications or in the case of distinctly customized products
